Which energy-certificate schemes can DampApp Pro record?
The editor includes UK EPC, Ireland BER, US HERS, Australia NABERS and NatHERS, Canada EnerGuide, New Zealand Healthy Homes, Singapore Green Mark, Abu Dhabi Estidama, Dubai Al Sa'fat, Qatar GSAS, India GRIHA, Saudi Mostadam and a generic rating option.
Does the app automatically retrieve every international certificate?
No. Automatic registry retrieval is available for UK EPC data. International scheme details are entered manually by the surveyor.
Can the energy rating appear in more than one part of the report?
Yes. The editor can show the rating in the client or property details and can also add a dedicated graphical rating section to the report.
Can a surveyor hide the energy section?
Yes. The client-details entry and dedicated report section have separate display controls.
