How to Cancel Subscription

Detailed guide for managing your Pro subscription.

Subscriptions on DampApp Pro are handled directly by the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). To cancel or modify your subscription, you must do so through your device settings.

Important Note

Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must manually cancel it using the steps below to avoid further charges.

For iOS (Apple)

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap on your Name / Apple ID at the top.
  3. Tap on Subscriptions.
  4. Select DampApp Pro from the list.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

For Android (Google Play)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your Profile Icon at the top right.
  3. Tap on Payments & subscriptions.
  4. Tap on Subscriptions.
  5. Select DampApp Pro and tap Cancel.

Did you know?

  • Your pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period even after you cancel.

  • You can resubscribe at any time to regain access to cloud sync and AI reporting features.
