Floor Plan Editor

Sketch the inspected layout inside the survey.

Build a clear floor-plan illustration with editable walls, openings, stairs, labels and freehand annotations, then save it with the survey for the report.

A plan that remains editable

Start from a blank page or a supplied layout, arrange the plan elements, and save both the rendered image and editor data. That keeps the report output clean without flattening the working plan permanently.

Drawing tools

Add walls, doors, windows, stairs, room labels and freehand marks.

Starting layouts

Use five built-in property and room shapes as an editable starting point.

Object editing

Move, resize, rotate, recolour and delete selected plan elements.

High-resolution output

Save a cropped report image while retaining the plan state for later edits.

Frequently asked questions

What can I place on a floor plan?

The editor provides walls, doors, windows, stairs, text labels and freehand lines. Objects can be selected, moved, resized, rotated, recoloured or removed.

Are starting layouts available?

Yes. The editor includes square-room, L-shape, terraced, semi-detached and bungalow starting layouts that can be adjusted for the inspected property.

Can I return to edit a saved plan?

Yes. The app saves both a report image and the underlying editor state, allowing the plan to be reopened and changed.

How is the plan added to the report?

Saving creates a high-resolution image cropped around the plan content for use in the survey report.
